Web2Go is a battery-powered cellular based Wi-Fi router that allows users to connect to wide-area wireless internet access.
The Web2Go connects you to the internet regardless to your location in Israel.

What are the advantages and benefits of renting Web2Go?

We already have Wi-Fi internet on the premises. Why do we need Web2Go?

Web2Go offers you a much more valuable experience.
"On the premises" is a key issue. Wi-Fi restricts access to just a specific location. With a Web2Go router you are free to take your laptop and connect anywhere, in a meeting, on the trade show floor, on the train, by the pool, at the beach.
Bear in mind that most hotels limit you and sell you internet access per device.

How do I decide if I should rent the Web2Go?

Estimate the number of days that you may need/want Internet services in Israel.
Multiply it by $8 per day average and multiply the result with the number of devices you want to use (up to 5 devices).
If it is less than the roaming plan offered to you by your telecom provider (on all of your devices), then it makes more sense for you to rent Web2Go.

Operation

Is it difficult to use Web2Go?

Not at all, it only takes three simple steps to get it going:

Turn on the Web2Go.
Connect to the Web2Go from your device via WI-Fi.
Type in the security key (printed on the back of the Web2Go)

…And that’s it, you are now connected to the internet!

Do I need to install any additional software or hardware?

No, there are no installation requirements (hardware nor software). Web2Go acts as a standard Wi-Fi router, you connect to it through the usual connection manager on your device.

Can Web2Go run on any operating system?

Yes, Web2Go will work with any device that has Wi-Fi connection capability (e.g. Apple machines, Android based machines, laptops and many more…)

Will I be able to use Web2Go to make phone calls?

Web2Go is leading the mobile revolution for its customers, supplying them with quality and low priced solutions; we enable you to use your VOIP applications installed on your end user device thus saving extra Telecom expenses during your stay in Israel.

Is there a usage limit for Web2Go?

We believe in business fairness and technical simplification, so that’s why we have decided to relieve you from any worries about data limitations or any other limitations whatsoever.

What types of speeds are available?

Web2Go provides an internet connection anywhere you receive a cellular phone signal. Speeds will vary depending on your location. In general, the fastest speeds are achieved in the metropolitan areas. The carriers claim speeds in excess of 7.2mb/sec with an average around 1500kb.

Can I use Web2Go outside of Israel?

No, we do not allow usage of Web2Go devices outside of Israel. If you use Web2Go outside of Israel, you will be charged for the international roaming fees incurred.

If I need help, will I have access to technical support?

Yes, you will have access to free technical support over the phone, everyday 24/7 at +972 (1) 800-202-252.
In addition you may try to chat with us on our website (www.web-2-go.com) or watch the tutorials in our YouTube channel.

Billing

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Orders can be placed online at Web-2-Go.com or by phone at +972 (1) 800-202-525.

Is insurance offered?

Yes. Theft & Loss Protection is offered with Web2Go rentals for a nominal fee.
However, there is a deductible for stolen, lost and damaged data cards. For Theft & Loss Protection plans please refer to the rental charges matrix within each service. The cost of insurance is 8 NIS per day and there is a 400 NIS deductible.

What if I break or if I lose the Web2Go?

In case of break or loss, we charge 800 NIS.
A 2$ per day insurance is available to reduce this cost to 400 NIS.

What sort of pricing structures do you provide?

Pricing is based on length of term with a 3 day minimum rental.

Do all prices listed in the website include local VAT?

Yes, all the prices include VAT.
Tourists may claim a refund by presenting an invoice at customs on their way back from Israel.

What is the currency of the prices on your website?

Web2Go believes in business fairness, at our online store you will be able to see the given price in several currencies (on approximate calculations).
However all charges will be made in NIS.

What does the price of Web2Go include?

It includes the Web2Go device, unlimited internet connection data plan and the ability to connect the Web2Go to five different devices.

When I purchase Web2Go I am required to accept authorization. What does it mean?

An authorization is a hold or freeze of funds against your credit cards available account balance, similar to when a bank places a hold on a check you want to cash.
Once the authorization is released, the funds are then available to be used.
If an authorization on your card should be declined, Web2Go would require a deposit.
Authorizations are automatically released when your credit card is charged at the end of your rental.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, there is no cancellation fee.
If the Web2Go has already been shipped, send it back as soon as you receive it (or have us pick it up), we will only charge you the shipping costs.

Can Web2Go rental time be extended?

Yes. Just contact our Customer Service (via Tel: 1-800-202-252, e-mail: info@web-2-go.com), or chat with us on our website to ensure that the unit is available for rental time extension.
Additional day(s) will be charged at the same rate as your previous rental days.

Ordering, Receiving & Returning

How will I get Web2Go?

We offer a comfortable shipment solution via courier to any location in Israel for only 50NIS (for each direction), or you may pick up the device from our office.

How will I return Web2Go?

For customers receiving their equipment in the Israel, Web2Go includes a pre-paid return pack along with the rental kit.
Simply use the packaging that was provided with the original shipment when preparing the equipment for return and place into the supplied return bag.

Can my rental be delivered to an airport?

How far in advance should I place my order?

You should place your order as soon as possible to ensure availability of Web2Go.
We recommend at least two working days in advance. There is no disadvantage to placing your order in advance.
The in-transit time to and from you does not count in the length of the rental period.

I am arriving to Israel tomorrow; will I be able to apply for Web2Go in such short notice?

Yes, we can carry out a one day's notice order. You may have the device sent to you at your chosen location for an extra fee, or you may pick up the device from our office.

How is equipment delivered?

Web2Go uses in-house messengers or express delivery couriers.

Can I leave the return package with the concierge of the hotel and you will pick it up from there?

If you are staying at a hotel in Israel, you can leave the package with the concierge of your hotel. Please note, even though you leave the equipment with the hotel concierge, you retain responsibility for the rental until our messenger picks up the package.

Is overnight priority delivery available?

Yes. In Israel the shipments are usually delivered on the next business day as long as the order is placed before 2:00 pm on the previous business day.

What is a Business day?

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays observed by the courier companies.

Is Saturday delivery available?

No, we do not deliver on Saturday in Israel.
